We are pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for Locust Manor Senior Residence, a newly constructed building with 58 affordable one bedroom rental apartments for seniors located at 170-06 Baisley Blvd. Jamaica, New York.

Rents will range from $667.00 to $811.00 per month. Unit rents are determined by income level.

Eligible annual income levels will range from $26,900 to $32,280 for single person households and $30,700 to $36,840 for two member households. To be eligible for occupancy, all prospective tenants income must be verified and certified by onsite housing staff.
